What is APF2025?
Background
Since its inception in 2002 by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Hotel & Tourism Management (SHTM), the Asia Pacific Forum (APF) for Graduate Students Research in Tourism has become a pivotal platform for graduate students and emerging scholars to showcase their innovative research in the ever-evolving sectors of tourism and hospitality. The forum has a rich history of being hosted across various locations, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Mainland China, and Singapore.
Aim of the conference
The APF fosters the exchange of knowledge, encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, and addresses the latest trends and challenges within the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
We cordially invite submissions of completed research or works in progress that span the diverse spectrum of tourism and hospitality studies. The conference is open to contributions that explore current issues in tourism and hospitality research and education, as well as multidisciplinary topics pertinent to industry practices.
Organised by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). This year’s conference will be held at SHTM from May 14 to 16.
